Payment gateways
Let customers pay online the way they prefer
A payment gateway is the service that takes your customer's payment on your website or app and sends the money to your bank account. The customer chooses how to pay, the gateway checks the payment, and your system marks the order as paid.
Which gateway is right depends on who your customers are, what you sell and how you want to be paid. We help you choose, and we connect it to your online store or system, so orders and payments match up without manual checking.

WhatsApp us about paymentsFrequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What is a payment gateway?
It is the service that lets your website accept online payments. When a customer pays, the gateway checks the payment with the bank or e-wallet and sends the money to your merchant account.
2. Which payment methods can my customers use?
It depends on the provider you choose. Most cover online banking (FPX), credit and debit cards, and e-wallets. Some also offer DuitNow QR and buy now, pay later.
3. Can you connect a payment gateway to my existing website?
In most cases, yes. We check your website first, then connect a gateway such as iPay88, senangPay, Stripe or PayPal. We also set it up on AI Biz, BOS and systems built by us.
4. Do I need to register with the payment provider myself?
Yes. The merchant account is opened under your company name, so payments go straight to your bank account.
5. Is it safe for my customers?
Yes. Card details are entered on the provider's secure payment page, not stored on your website. Your website also needs an SSL certificate, which we can set up for you.
6. How long does it take to go live?
The provider handles the approval, and the time varies. Once your account is approved, we connect the gateway and test it before we switch it on.
