The Malaysian government has launched the Digital PMKS Madani (GDPM) Grant to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in enhancing their digital capabilities. This initiative offers a 50% matching grant, up to RM5,000, to help eligible businesses adopt digital solutions and streamline daily operations.

Registration Requirements: Must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)/Local Authorities (PBT) or Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission (SKM).
Operating Duration: The business should be operating for at least six months.
Annual Turnover: Must have an annual turnover of an average of at least RM50,000.
Previous Grants: MSMEs/Cooperatives must not have received previous Digitalisation Matching Grants.
Identification: Copy of identity card or passport of director(s)/partner(s)/proprietor(s), whichever is applicable.
Business License: Business registration documents/SSM business profile/SKM registration docs.
Financial Documents: Latest audited accounts, management accounts, or latest two-month bank statements.
Invoice: Invoice/quotation issued by Digitalisation Partners.
1. Application & Selection
MSMEs and cooperatives can apply for the grant through the official online portal by selecting digital services offered by SearchnEasy, a registered Digitalisation Partner (DP).
2. Approval Process
Once approved, applicants will be notified and required to make the balance payment for the selected services within 14 days via a designated payment link.
3. Payment & Service Delivery
Upon receiving the payment, SearchnEasy (DP) will proceed to deliver the chosen digital services to the MSMEs or cooperatives.
